NATS2025 FEES & CHARGES
I. NORMAL ENTRY – ALL THREE (3) DAYS
In an effort to bring the cost of entering NATS2025 back down, and as a way of encouraging early sign-ups, we are introducing an EARLY BIRD entry fee. Therefore, your fee for the NORMAL ENTRY will be based upon the date you sign-up, as explained below:
Early Bird Entry – signed-up and paid on or before 6/10/24 - EXPIRED
Standard Entry – signed-up and paid before 30/03/25 - $165.00
Both of the above entry tiers include the following:
1x entry for your vehicle to all 3-days of the event (whether judged/unjudged).
1x event shirt for vehicle owner or primary entrant.
1x dinner at Saturday night’s Presentation Ceremony.
1x Goodie Bag
NOTE: THE FIRM CUT-OFF DATE FOR SHIRTS & GOODIE BAGS IS 30/03/2025 – NO EXCEPTIONS
Late Entry – signed-up and paid between 31/03/25 and 1/05/25 - $110.00
Includes:
1x entry for your vehicle to all 3-days of the event (whether judged/unjudged).
1x seat at Saturday night’s Presentation Ceremony.
NOTE: NO EVENT SHIRT, NO GOODIE BAG and NO GUARANTEE OF REFUND UPON CANCELLATION.
II. SPECIAL ENTRY – SATURDAY ONLY
If you’re not chasing the full 3-day NATS experience, we aren’t going to lock you out of a fun day out. You can come for just the Show & Shine and/or the Presentation Dinner on Saturday with the purchase of a SPECIAL ENTRY:
Show & Shine + Dinner ONLY - book and pay before 1/05/2025 - $90.00
Includes:
1x vehicle entry to Show & Shine event on Saturday (judged/unjudged)
1x seat at Saturday night’s Presentation Dinner
NOTE: NO FULL WEEKEND PARTICIPATION, NO EVENT SHIRT/GOODIE BAG, NO REFUND UPON CANCELLATION.
Show & Shine ONLY - book and pay before 1/05/2025 - $40.00
Includes:
1x vehicle entry to Show & Shine event on Saturday (judged/unjudged)
If you win a trophy at the Presentation Dinner, we will arrange collection/delivery after the Event.
NOTE: NO FULL WEEKEND PARTICIPATION, NO DINNER/EVENT SHIRT/GOODIE BAG, NO REFUND UPON CANCELLATION.
Dinner ONLY - book and pay before 30/05/2025 - $50.00
Not entering a car but still want to come to the Dinner? This is the one for you!
NOTE: NO FULL WEEKEND PARTICIPATION, NO EVENT SHIRT/GOODIE BAG, NO REFUND UPON CANCELLATION.
Park & Pose Only - in our supervised park & display area – FREE
No need to sign-up, just turn up to the Show & Shine on Saturday morning.
Collectors for a local charity will be roaming the grounds, please consider a gold-coin donation.

III. THE EVENT SHIRT
SHIRTS ONLY AVAILABLE WITH ENTRIES and/or AS SPECIAL ORDER UNTIL 30/03/25.
NO SHIRT ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.
Each entry [Early Bird and Standard only] includes one (1) high-quality, embroidered BizCollection NITRO polo. This year we are making available an upgrade option to a full button-up Mechanic-style shirt, also from the BizCollection NITRO range, for an extra $20. Please take a look at the styles and sizes information below to correctly choose your Event Shirt.
IV. EXTRA SHIRTS, EXTRA DINNER SEATS
If you’re bringing your partner, or even the whole family along, and you’d like extra shirts and seats at the Presentation Dinner on Saturday night, here’s what you’re up for:
Nitro Polo (sizes as above) - $50.00 ea, only available until 30/03/25
Nitro Shirt (sizes as above) - $70.00 ea, only available until 30/03/25
Adult – extra seat at the Presentation Dinner - $50.00 ea, only available until 30/05/25
Child – extra seat at the Presentation Dinner - $25.00 ea, only available until 30/05/25
V. REFUND POLICY
In the unfortunate circumstance where you find you are unable to attend NATS2025, we may refund your entry fee/s based upon the date you notify us.
The following refund policy will be strictly adhered to:
If you cancel your entry/attendance ON OR BEFORE Sunday 30/03/2025, we will issue you a full refund of all monies paid for your entry. We are committed to processing your refund within a reasonable period following receipt of your notification, ideally within 7-days of receipt of your cancellation.
If you cancel your entry/attendance AFTER Sunday 30/03/2025, there will be no refund of any monies paid for your entry. If your entry type included an event shirt and goodie-bag, we will send these to you via Australia Post within a reasonable timeframe following conclusion of the event.
Furthermore, your notice of cancellation will only be valid if:
received by email to the official NATS2025 email address - admin@nats2025.com.au - OR
by contacting the Organising Committee via the contact portal on this website - Contact - OR
verbal confirmation in person to a member of the Organising Committee - OR
by calling the official NATS2025 telephone number listed in the printed information handout.
NOTE: CANCELLATION VIA ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, etc) IS INSUFFICIENT AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. SOCIAL MEDIA IS AN UNRELIABLE AND OFTEN MISUSED MEDIUM AND THE ORGANISERS OF NATS2025 WILL NOT BE MONITORING THESE PLATFORMS FOR ADMIN PURPOSES.
