• 8/06/2024 NATS2025 website goes live with the announcement in Murray Bridge

  • Entry opens for NORMAL and all SPECIAL entries

  • Early-Bird Entry price ($150) begins for early NORMAL entries

• 6/10/2024 Last day for the Early-Bird Entry price

• 7/10/2024 Standard Entry price ($165) commences

• 15/02/2025 Happy 60th Birthday to the HD Holden

• 30/03/2025 Last day for the Standard Entries (i.e. incl. shirt & goodie bag)

• 30/03/2025 Last day for full refund of Entry Fees with a cancellation.

• 31/03/2025 Late Entry conditions & pricing commences

• 1/06/2025 Last day for ALL entry types (i.e. LATE & SPECIAL)

Event Schedule

6/06/2025 

• 1:00pm - CHECK-IN commences at NATS HQ (Tea Pavilion, Showgrounds)

• 4:00pm - Welcome BBQ commences at NATS HQ, Meet & Greet, live music, BYO alcohol

• 7:00pm - CHECK-IN closes and Meet & Greet ends

7/06/2025 

• 6:00am - Exhibition Pavilion opens for participants to enter/park up

• 06:30am - Breakfast for entrants commences, $5/plate, NATS HQ

• 7:00am - Park & Display (free) area (Main Show Ring, Showgrounds) opens to visiting Clubs & public

• 07:30am - Breakfast for participants ends

• 9:00am - Show & Shine opens to the public, judging commences. Food, drinks and coffee available at the Exhibition Pavilion via food trucks, Stockman's Cafe & coffee vans. Various entertainment & displays around the Showgrounds, including live music & videos. 

• 9:30am - *NEW* Winery tour bus departs with wives/partners of entrants. 

• 3:00pm - Show & Shine ends, participants can leave Pavilion at 3pm. Winery tour due back. 

• 7:00pm - Presentation Dinner commences at the Exhibition Pavilion

• 11:00-11:59pm - Presentation Dinner due to end (flexible)

8/06/2025 

• 7:00am - Muster Point for Sunday activity opens for arrivals - Main Show Ring, Showgrounds. 

• 9:00am - Sunday carienteering road-game activity commences.

• 3:00pm - Road game should have ended for everyone by now. Last chance to drop carienteering game card into barrel at HQ. 

• 5:00pm - Farewell gathering commences at Pete's Hot Rods (Cottonvale). last chance to put your carienteering game card into the prize barrel. 

• 6:00pm - Prizes draw for the carienteering activity commences. 

• 8:00pm – NATS2025 comes to a close, farewell until 2026!
