• 8/06/2024 NATS2025 website goes live with the announcement in Murray Bridge

  • Entry opens for NORMAL and all SPECIAL entries

  • Early-Bird Entry price ($150) begins for early NORMAL entries

• 6/10/2024 Last day for the Early-Bird Entry price

• 7/10/2024 Standard Entry price ($165) commences

• 15/02/2025 Happy 60th Birthday to the HD Holden

• 30/03/2025 Last day for the Standard Entry price

• 30/03/2025 Last day for full refund of Entry Fees with a cancellation.

• 31/03/2025 Late Entry conditions & pricing commences

• 1/06/2025 Last day for all entry types (i.e. NORMAL & SPECIAL)

Event Schedule

6/06/2025 

• 8:00am - NATS2025 HQ opens to attendees for registration

• 5:00pm - Meet & Greet BBQ commences at Event HQ, put on by your hosts the Qld HD & HR Holden Club [BYO]

• 8:00pm - Meet & Greet BBQ and registration closes

7/06/2025 

• 6:00am - Exhibition Pavilion opens for participants to enter/park up

• 8:00am - Park & Display (free) area opens up to visiting Clubs

• 9:00am - Show & Shine opens to the public, judging commences. Food, drinks and coffee available at the Exhibition Pavilion. Various entertainment & displays around the Showgrounds

• 3:00pm - Show & Shine ends, participants can leave Pavilion at 3pm

• 7:00pm - Presentation Dinner commences at the Exhibition Pavilion

• 11:00pm - Presentation Dinner due to end (flexible)

8/06/2025 

• 7:00am - Muster Point for Sunday activity opens for arrivals

• 9:00am - Sunday carienteering activity commences

• 2:00pm Last chance to drop carienteering card into barrel at HQ

• 4:00pm - Post-NATS Chillout Session commences, dinner provided by hosts the Qld HD & HR Holden Club [BYO]

• 6:00pm - Prizes drawn for the carienteering activity

• 10:00pm – NATS2025 comes to a close, farewell until 2026!
